Crazy Things That Keep Me AWake At Nite

LIKE MOST OF US I TOO HAVE DIESEL ON THE BRAIN 98.752% OF THE DAY AND IT KEEPS ME UP AT NITE

SO HOW ABOUT A TWIN SET UP
NO NO NOT COMPOUND, TWINS LIKE MAKE 2 HEADERS THREE CYL EACH WITH SOMETHING LIKE A HY-35 ON FRONT AND BACK WITH A FEED PER TURBO 2 A HOME MADE INTAKE (MACHINE OFF THE CAST ONE) 3 CYL EACH WITH 2 OIL FEED AND DRAINS AND TRUE DUAL EXHAUST

OVER IN LEFT FEILD IS THE ABOVE MENTIONED WITH A EXTRA SET OF "BIG BROTHER"s WHY NOT THE 4BT CROWD HAS BEEN DOING IT

FORGET P-PUMPING THE 12 VALVE (NO DONT FORGET)
HOW ABOUT P-PUMPING A 98.5-2002 24 VALVE AND DROPING IT IN THE FIRST GEN THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF YEAH I KNOW THAT THERE IS THAT TRUCK WITH THE LATER COMPUTER CONTROLLED OVER VALVED CUMMINS IN IT BUT I THOUGHT THIS UP A YEAR BEFORE EVER HEARING ANY THING LIKE THAT

I WOULD CONTINUE BUT I'M SURE THERE IS A MENTAL HEALTH WORKER IN THE LOT SO I WILL STOP BEFORE I SAY TOO MUCH

you could get a banks twin ram intake plate that replaces the factory single inlet plate. ive thought about that, you just better have a huge amount of fuel to use all that air.

Parallel twins work well on low pressure applications like gassers. On a diesel they wouldn't be any better than a big single.

Skip the p-pumped 24 valve and go straight to common rail. Those things are making crazy power these days.

yeah your thinking for 2 turbos fighting eachother to produce what 45psi well thats not what im talking about the first three have there own intake, header, pyro and boost gauge completely cut off form the back three creating a lower ???? egt at the same rpm / fuel rate as my moderate 1200* max at a possible higher boost numbers take and talk to some 4bt hotrodders
there 2 cylinders down and are making the same power or more power than MOST here including me there is a 4bt single turbo in the new diesel power that has over 400 ph at the flywheel thats 4 and half of 6 is 3 so how is 600-700 horse not capable from the same formula???

if your not fully convinced of my sanity or lack there of dual water to air coolers or none at all

i'm just tryin to get the ball rollin here i'm too much of a broke edit to finance any of these indevors

the first person to hear of a turbocharger going on a diesel thought that guy was nuts too

Did you notice the P-pump that was bolted to the timing case? Your on the right track if you compare to a 6BT with a P-pump, 600-700hp with the right supporting mods is no problem. Comparing P-pumps and VE pumps is like comparing apples and oranges.

You would have to check the firing order and "phase" the exhaust to get the right three together. Otherwise you might do more harm then good.

Pressure phasing is important. Hot Rod Magazine featured a car with eight individual turbos (and a roots) a while back, and the power output wasn't nearly as good as it would have been with a giant single. They fed them all into a common plenum anyway, so why bother. I would have at least tried to match an exhaust event with an inlet event to see if some magic might happen!
