I think you must be talking bout intercooler boots??? If so, just order some silicon couplers, if their cheaper (they run bout $25 a pop from airflo.com)

Wannadiesels got a similiar setup. Someone on another site is selling those, I think for 170-190 a set polished. Do a search for intercooler piping and you should find them.

if you go to an intercooler with the larger openings it'd be a nice addition with the stock cooler i would think it wouldn't do a whole lot.

I've got a set on my PS IC. Definitely worth it for the best possible intake flow. But like was said, you gotta do the whole intake tract to see the benefit: BHAF/K&N or similar with a cold air intake/smokey, etc, turbo upgrade, custom IC (Powerstroke/Banks, whatever) along with 3" tubz all the way through. Leave out any one thing and you have a choke point reducing the effectiveness of the whole system.
