cold weather? = no power?

i've been pulling a trailer loaded with horses all summer and fall, and now that the weather has gotten cold my truck is a puke , with less load. i'm sure all the fuel around here is cut, but i used some additive just in case. it really started getting bad after oil and filter change. any ideas?

Did you change the fuel filter?

Also check to make sure that you are getting full travel at the throttle lever. Adjust accordingly.

Winter fuel will make the truck a little more sluggish, but it's on the order of a 10-15% power loss.
