i am in need of help. I want to put a dual disk in my truck but im not sure what all upgrades i need to do if there is any. Also could use help on a website that has a complete rebuild for the getrag transmition. I would like to replace everything possible since my truck has 300,000+ on it.
Is the 2wd and 4wd getrag the same or does anything need switched out on them? i have a spare 2wd getrag and just curious.

to make a 2 wheel drive work you have to change main shaft in trans as for rebuild kit's check E bay

 

The thing is i looked on ebay but im looking for everything. I havent found one kit that includes all things like shifter forks, input shafts etc.
