clutch

ok i'm confused is the clutch suppose to grab at the top of the pedal or the bottom?

Mine grabs when the clutch pedal is getting towards the top of being let out.

It depends on how wore the clutch is. There are other variables, but disk thickness plays most into the equation. Mine is original with 440,000 miles....it lets out pretty close to the top of the pedal travel.

Here it is with about 425k. Dave said it'd go another 10k, so I'm on borrowed time now...

G1625S looks like you still have lots of meat left on the clutch. Mine is just about on the rivets. Run it till it doesn't move anymore. Just don't ride the clutch pedal. LOL
