check engine light came on and iv noticed that all my light interiors and exterior are pulsating any hints

 

IMHO, the check engine light is there to generate revenue for Dodge dealer service.

My guess is a bad voltage regulator. Not sure what the 93 has but the 89 has the old 2 wire job that costs $12. Make sure you have a good ground on the VR.

Check the codes, this is done by cycling the key on and off, I think it's three cycles then leave the key on. The check engine light will flash the codes.

I'd imagine the code has something to do with the charging system.

edit: to check the codes it's "on, off, on, off, on"

 

On the 92, the voltage regulator is in the PCM (computer). The older style external regulator can be adapted to replace this.
