Check this out for adding a WG.

Ebay ads not allowed on DTR

I was looking for turbo stuff for my denali and came across this. I have been thinking of different ways to bleed off some extra exhaust pressure and think this looks perfect! Its a T3 flange on both sides and I already have an extra 40mm WG sitting in my garage. I think a new route for me may be a DTech 62/65/12 for quick spool, an extra WG, and nitrous. Simular to Jasons setup. That should work very well for my application I think.

You might look into mounting the WG right to the ex. housing, straight down right next to the inlet flange. There is usually lots of room directly below the housing with a single. That piece is cheap enough, but I can see it turning into a PITA having to redo the DP and other plumbing. Your WG has the two bolt flange?

Get a Steed Speed exhaust. Built in WG, either T3 or T4 housing, divided cylinders...

With it being undivided, I would worry about some spool up issues...

Well that goes on the exhaust side...so how will that help you with the air pressure in the intake track?

It will keep boost pressure to a reasonable level, keep drive pressure down, and alow me to run lots of nitrous without overspeeding the turbo.

For $625 just to add a wastegate? I'll pass...

Cut hole in manifold, weld in pipe with correct flange, attach wastegate. Done.

The part I'm looking at is nice cast iron, direct bolt in, and under $30. Plus it will look better and be easier to hook up the WG outlet to the DP since it will mount on the back side there the exhaust is. I'll go ahead and get one, and be the genea pig to test it.

Did you read and look at the website?

Doing more than adding a W/G. The major thing I see is the lack of a dividing flange. No warping, no cracking, better flow, any flange you want...
