Charging issue

92 W350, battery not charging, alt. good, bat. good, showing .34 volts at CPS plug. any help please.

check the relay's on driver's side fender by hood hinge or Poss. a PCM going bad .

closer to 10 out of 10, but nobody is perfect, so I had to subtract .25
