Replaced mine with 4 new ones from intakehoses.com. If you go to this site, look for the blue silicon 2 1/2" flex style with the flex wires in between the boots....very good product. My question is: will leaking boots not only cause you to lose boost but smoke more as well? I notice that I hardly smoke at WOT since I replaced them, and boost seems to creep up slower and hold up there better. Yes, I did find some wear holeson the original hoses, especially at the bottom of the ones that connect to the intercooler itself. Carmyne

 

yes a leaky boot will cause the truck to smoke more because its not getting the boost to add to the fuel
