Cassette won't eject
Cassette won't eject
Hi,
I put a cassette in the factory radio and now it won’t eject. Does anyone know how to eject the cassette? It seems the radio may have to be removed and opened up, but I was hoping someone might now of a way to manually eject the cassette.
Buying a new radio is not an option since it works fine when a cassette is not in.

wow i haven't heard that word in a long time the "c" word ......go to circut city and buy yourself a cd player they have them right now for 79 bucks.....i just bought mine from there it was easy to install
I ended up taking the radio out and removing its face plate. Once the face plate was off you can see a manual eject lever/button to the upper right of where the cassette slips in. If I knew where to look I could have manually ejected the cassette without having to remove the radio.
However, removing the front of the dash allowed me to replace some burnt out bulbs and find the short that was blowing my lighter fuse.
