Can later style front brakes fit on a front diff w/ external hubs?

All of my Dodges have been 91-93, and all have had internal hubs and Chevy style/size(larger) Bendix brakes. I have an 89 front 60 that has selectro hubs, and the Bendix calipers on this one don't have as large of an opening, as well as the rotors being slightly smaller in diameter and thickness. Could the larger calipers and rotors fit on there, or would I have to find new knuckles, spindles, and hubs? Thanks
