Cab roof rot

Got the front drip rail welded on and the roof set in place. Hopefully get that welded on soon

How in the world did you get the spot welds to come apart on the back of the roof panel? They look hidden.

i cut above the seam in the old roof and below it on the new to expose the spot welds on both panels. Then I drilled out the spot welds and then I had it how it sits

Welded the cracks and welded patch panels ontop of them. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be done, but it should hold.
