Cab lights

I am thinking of putting cab lights on my 93, I thought I saw a thread that said the wiring is in place for this from the factory as well as the "cutouts" for the placement...true/false, any comments?

I just put mine on yesterday. No cutouts that I'm aware of, also, no wiring. I was lucky enough to snag everything from the donor rig.

edit--welcome to DTR!Hang on to your wallet

running the wires thru the pillar and across the inside of the roof is a pita. somewhere I have a diagram of the factory spacing...I think I stole it out of the Jim Lane cab light thread.

Negative on the cutouts or any template for placement. You will have to eyeball it. If you have any form of a headliner, hiding the wires from the cab lights will be easy. You can simply get a stock set of cab lights from the junkyard or a knockoff or 2nd gen style light and wire it up yourself. Just run the main wire to a wire powered when your turn your lights on.

BTW Greg, those stacks are hideous. I might have a dually fender for ya.
