Cab interchange.
I recently purchased this truck it is a 91 cummins. I want to take this ugly as hell cab off of it and put a club cab or regular cab on it. Measuring it it appears to be a regular cab chassis with a 10' frame behind it. would it be possible to put a club cab on the chassis so I can then put a flatbed on it. Any information or thoughts would be appreciated. what do you think i should do with it I only paid $700 for it. Also if anybody wants this cab just let me know.
Thanks
Thanks

Yup, burn that cab then smash it with a d-8. ok, keep all of your intierour pieces, seat, dash, doors and what not. Find a cheap 81-93 dodge cab, whatever the cab ends up being you should be able to get it to work with minor modifications. Didnt notice if it was a 2 or 4 wheel drive, but finda D60 front and a divorced 205 t/case and convert to 4wheel drive while the cab is off,,,if you want. My guess is about any dodge cab would work, even one from the mid 70,s. You got your work ahead of you for sure. Coolness goes for getting it for 700$$.

2WD if it is the truck in his signature.
1993 D250 bone stock waiting for suggestions.
That would have been a nice club-cab if they did it right, if it were the 70's a waterbed would have fit back there.
What kind of a job did they do on the frame extension, check the integrity of his welds, hate to have your truck break in half after you get it all finished.
What is the back of the cab resting on where it meets the frame rail? it almost looks like an airbag or a dogs "tire" chew toy.

I measured the frame and compared it to my 93 single cab and the cab mounts are in the same spot so I think It is a single cab with 10' frame behind it. The frame has not been extended its factory. The cab is some kind of conversion company it says it on the VIN tag. I know a single cab will fit but I really want to put a club cab on it with a 8' flatbed. It is 2wd.
