Cab corners

Been searching for a company that would supply cab corner for a 92 extended W350 but not having much luck. Will I need to fabricate these or can someone steer me towards a company that sells them?

are you talking about rocker/corner area? a picture may help. Some of the parts are the same as a regular cab just dirrectly under window is the only totaly different pannel.
