In-Cab Air Cleaner Install from AZ-Trailduster

Its been a little smokey in Spokane, WA this week, so I installed a cabin air filter in my 90 Ramcharger CTD

I pulled off the ducting going up to the main vents right over the transmission tunnel. After a bit of time in the filter book I found that that cabin air filters from a 2011-2018 Jeep Wrangler fit perfect.

NAPA Part number FIL 4302 - There are two in the box, I just put them side by side and added some tape top and bottom to keep them together.

I added a little bit of duct tape to keep them from moving around and put it all back together. The air is instantly clean and I don't seem to notice any flow difference (blower motor is relayed). Make sure to pay attention to the direction of the air flow.

There are only two screws holding this panel in on the bottom, but it needs to slide into place up top.
