A/C quit

I got my A/C working about 2 weeks ago. It was working like a champ. Then I noticed my voltage dropped and realized my alternator quit, so I shut off my A/C. I ended up doing the external voltage regulator to cure my charging problem. now that it is working I turned on my A/C and I have nothing, no blower motor and compressor does not come on, The freon is OK.
I checked further and found no power to the breaker in the fuse panel for A/C and heater. checked further and found a relay up by the park break, that relay feeds the fuse box. There is no signal to the relay, It does have power to the larger red wire. does anyone know where the relay gets its signal.

Sounds like the "brain" (PCM) died taking out your alternator and AC

Actually it sounds like the crank sensor.

To be fair, a faulty crank sensor will make the ECU appear "dead" . . . Aren't there a few other things that would be affected too, though?

Unless he has cruise control, no. He has a 6 speed, so no overdrive issues.
