bumper question

hope someone reads this and may have an answer. it seems like a stupid question to me but, does anyone know if a stock bumper from say a '92 or '93 d350 model will bolt up to a '90 d350 without brackets from a '92 or '93? i would assume the brackets didn't change between those years, but i'm buying a new one cuz mine's tweaked and i like the vertical bars and the 'step' option on the '92 and '93 models. i just wanna know that if i buy one it'll bolt right up. thanks!
