I'll post some pics when I'll start working on the frame and taking apart this parts truck.
Total cost when it's finally sitting on my yard is around 5000 usd
Includes the price of the truck and taxes...
I have great agents and a lot of contacts in the States. I founded my own corporation to do this stuff for living.

Erska, man I'm loving this build! Excited to see it finished! As I said before, your dually is one of my all time favorites. I still have pics of it I use as a desktop on my laptop.
On your USA road trip did you get into Colorado? If so, where?

I often look the pics of my old truck and feel bad for letting her go. But things wouldn't be as interesting what they are now. I'm pretty sure I'd be much more in the "safe zone". I truly loved that truck.
I flew to Dallas and went to California and back to Dallas,Texas. Closest to Colorado I was in Santa Fe, New Mexico or Zion National park in Utah. I'd like to visit Colorado someday! One local elderly lady here in Finland told me stories about Denver and closeby neighbourhood. Her daughter is Finnish born and raised and she works as a police officer in Denver!? Wow...
Do you import any old cars into Europe from Canada, to sell or find a buyer for? I have a 48 Desoto 2dr Sedan I have been trying to sell for about 6 months...no one here seems to really be interested in it. Lots of work done to it, but still needs finishing. Complete, Running and driving with a ton of new, extra, NOS and good used parts...etc PM me if you want more info ...
I'd like to ko´nnw more about your Desoto. At least I could try to sell it in here.
Send me pictures and more info of it in to my email at:

Thanks!

Ok guys! Time for an long waited update!
I have been very busy with my business and my other construction projects.
Didn't even noticed how much time has gone by since my last update...
Anyway, let the pictures do the talking!
Got a freebie "trailer" from my friend and did some quick redneck modifications to it. It was good enough to haul the crew cab to my friends sheet metal shop 10 miles away through the backroads.
All three Dodges can be seen in this picture
My friends Burb:
Both of the trucks on my friends yard
Bed is off:
Last look inside before "chop-chop"
And the decent frame what is going to be cut under middle of the cab:
AND the "stretch" part for the crew is cut off:

There truly is something for souther trucks. This is a beat up parts truck what has been a dog house for the owners dog for few years or something judging by the gutted interior and scraped back window... And the amount of dog hair and smell inside. But the body is NICE!
The frame out of ther Club cab is cut off. This is going to be the rear end of the crew cab's frame. Only single cut for the additional 18" stretch to get 183" wheelbase! Longer than Mega cab long bed conversions
At this point I was planning that I should cut my reg cab donor cabs back half and attach it to this one to get a reg cab short bed 2wd Cummins too!
It's going to be a real frankenstein. I am not going even remove the dash or doors:
3.54 axle out of the D250 Club cab:

And here's the front part of the D250 Club Cab waiting for it's time:
Crew cabs frame and the rear section of the D250's Club Cab frame sand blasted and epoxy acid primered:
LOOKS _NICE_!
Notice how it's going to be extended. The rear cab mounts are in the line now but it's going to be 18" further back when welded together:
When I came from lunch my friend was waiting me and kept shelter from the rain inside the club cab! LOL! He joked that it's a great bus stop!
The disambled crew cab is going to the sand blaster:

All done:
Except the back wall because it's going to be cut off.
Notice the rollback F800 with 5.9 Cummins. I imported it to my friend who runs the sheet metal shop. Only one in here!
I stumbled accros a bare reg cab shell from 1 mile away from the shop for 150 usd... It's basicly a rust free cab. It's going to be great for the reg cab short bed project to the club cab donor truck.
The remains of the Crew Cabs rear part.
Notice the floor. I am going to do a completly flat rear floor with no humps or anything. It's going to give me around an inch more headroom in the back than the front part of the cab.

And now!
Here's the pics of the real magic! I gave this to me friend who has over 30 years of experience just for the auto sheet metal work. He is doing this for living. This is so over the top build in here that I did not want to ruin the stretch part.
The roof is everything but the same! The rear part of the crews roof is descending HARD and the Club cabs drip rails and the roof itself is an inch WIDER than the crews... ***?
Well that's like a stroll in the park to weld them together huh?
Missing something? Well the rest of the clubs floor is also going to be cut off and lowered by 3"
Doors on and all aligned!

Here's the inner roof. Its going to be upholstered and gets some sound proofing but still... Isn't it nice or what?
The Club Cab was in some minor collision years ago and it was fixed up pretty nice by someone in the USA but the body filler glue was dryed up and gathered some rust... So it had to be done again:
The roof came out nice:
The front diprail had to be changed as well. Typical rust spot over there..

And here comes the plan for my rear seat arrangment.
I bought a set of 98.5-2002 Club Cab front seats what I am going to run in the back. They have built in seat belts so that is a must for me. But then I started playing around with the versatility and cut a seat rails and floor out of a Chrysler Voyager(Dodge Caravan over there).
And here's the mock up for the removable and able to turn 180 degree around seat rails on the floor! I have ability to move the rear seat position and take it away completly if I want to. And when the 2nd gen seats have 10" of seat rack travler, this one has around 6" so I have a lot of options!
The seats, which are coming from Miami to me...

it's like a 1st gen Mega Cab! love it!
you plan on just filling the low spot in the joint where the roof lines meet with bondo?
not to critique your build, as i love it, but wouldn't it be more structurally sound to build a 1 piece roof to eliminate those joints?
