There's nothing wrong with running the line from the piston pump back under the truck to the filter heads and then back up to the injection pump.
I guess I'll have to go find some metric 3/8 push on connects for the LP output and the IP input ports. Anybody know what size/thread they are?

IP is M12 x 1.5. Not sure on the LP, somebody posted it recently so I'll poke around.

Lift pump is M14 x 1.5, sealed by way of a gasket instead of the bubble flare.

BHAF is done! I can definitely hear more turbo whine now.

8:00 AM I go to the muffler shop for the exhaust. Then I'll probably start working on the fuel pump.

I posted pictures in my user gallery, but they're still pending approval.

Change of plans. I'm going to skip the 4" DP and intermediate tube. I hadn't looked closely enough at the existing exhaust, but it turns out it's a 3" Banks system, mandrel bent, so I think I'll leave the DP and intermediate and just get a 3" to 4" reducer and put on the 4" Magnaflow 30" x 7" straight through muffler and 4" 2nd gen tailpipe in place of the 3" Banks 26" x 10" Banks chambered muffler and 3 1/2" tailpipe and see how that sounds and breathes. It turns out none of the muffler shops in town can bend me a 4" intermediate pipe and to do it with 45 degree bends would cost a couple hundred bucks. I don't think 1/2" is worth that, at least not until I've tweaked the engine way beyond what I plan for now.

Unixcowboy Did You Put The Turn Signal Back Into It's Mount Or Did You Leave It Out? If So That Would Look Kinda Odd Running Around With Just One Turn Signal. The Intake Looks Good But I Also Need Blinkers. What I Was Thinking Is Why Coudn't You Relocate Them To The Lower Updated Metal Grill Insert That Some Of You Are Using And Use Old Signal Cavity For Intake Purposes ?? Just Speculatin !!

I bought some LED strips that should fit the area above and below the hole for the turn signals. I'm waiting for them to get in so I can check their size and light output.
They stick on the surface and I'm going to wire the one below as the running lights and the one above as the turn signals. I'll do both sides so they look the same.
