Just remove the fuel screw and take a pair of pliers and yank that collar off, then clean up the threads a little bit and screw that thing back in there!

Or I can just order a brand new one for $15 with no collar and the hex head on it when I get paid on the 15th. I'm going to order the fuel screw and my 3200 spring at the same time.
