That 1125 CCA is just a spec Chrysler published based on a customer average usage plus some leeway to prevent acruing TGW's.

Do you not see the plus side to having as much battery power available as possible? With your battery setup I would be constantly second guessing it and wondering if it will not start one day. It makes sense to pack as much battery in there as space/money allow.
