I need the 17 mm banjo that connects the line to the IP. I kind of messed up the threads to my dads banjo and it wont thread in now. Where can I get a new one?

 

You mean the one that connects to the return line? That is a Bosch part with a flow restriction in it. A regular banjo bolt will thread in but the pump will not build case pressure and it will run like dog doo.

 

Where can I get the copper washers for the AFC cover?

 

The best thing that I did to the banjos on my Ford/Cummins was to replace them with JIC adapters, JIC swivels, and rubber hose.

No longer is it a dreaded fight to service a lift-pump and the nature of rubber lines allows un-limited little gadgets and conveniences to be added, removed, and experimented with.

 

Your local auto parts store has an assortment of copper washers. Probably something in there that will work.
