i built the old smokey bahf today went to mount and found that i need to relocate the radiator over flow is that true on a 1990 non I/C or did i do something wrong?????

 

It is a pain,but when i had mine,just remove the overflow tank,mount the BHAF,then put the tank back on. It is only 3 screws. Hope this helps. Justin

well got it in but the tank wont fit mowed it to the driver side fender behind the batt. will that work there??
and broke the fitting off the radiator where the line connects
have to sodder in the mornin any suggestions instead of sodder (jb weld) maby????

 

Try Marine Tex. You can get it at Ace Hardware or a boating supply store. Much better than JB Weld.
