arm rest removal

can anyone tell me how to remove my armrest from my 93 d350 ?

Sorry. I can get those but I'm talking about the arm rest on the seat themselfs. I'm trying to put seat covers on but can't figure out how to get them Bugers off.

You must remove the screw circled in red. Pic taken looking at the passenger seat from behind the console.
