I'm looking at a 92 D250 extended cab for parts,
fella says he wants to unload it because the overdrive is ready to go.
He says somedays it works and somedays it doesnt.
makes me wonder if it is a wiring problem? might be repairable?
Anyway, the price is fair and I'll think i will buy it.

 

It might be as simple as a TPS adjustment or VSS problem.

 

I noticed this parts truck has a posi axle, I'll have to give that a good inspection
and repair and swap it into my work truck.
Fella threw in a new grill and a new chrome bumper he had for it but he never installed.
First time i have ever seen power mirrors and windows on a dodge truck.

 

alot of these truck had Power mirrors, Windows and Locks. It all came as a package called SUPER LE...most 1st gen 91-93 trucks i have seen are LE's because I guess people were already paying so much extra for the cummins, why not pay a few hundred more for fancy stuff and a comfy seat?

If the New grille says "DODGE" across the top, That is worth a pretty penny.
