Air Conditioner Problem

I Know this subject has been beat up on here, but I cant seem to find the exact answer I am searching for. My AC is not working. If I jump the relay on the driver side, the compressor will work and I get cold air. If I try to jump the pressure switch on the passenger side, I get nothing, I am jumping the outer two wire on the plug. Is there anything else I am missing that is causing the compressor to not work? The truck is a 92 CTD.

I'm not the expert on what fails on Dodges...

But have you checked the cycling switch?? I'm assuming you've put gauges on it and have reasonable pressure? Ie, the low pressure switch isn't getting you?
