Adjustable Airbags?

Hey everyone, I've been inactive for a while and just thought has anyone out there put adjustable airbags in all 4 corners of a 2wd first gen? I looked around and didn't find any answers. Would the Kelderman set work with some modifications? I would like each individual airbag to be adjustable with a switch or something like that. Thanks for the info I'm pretty clueless about airbags.

I think there a guy here that has that very set up. I can't remember who though.

oops I think it is a W250.

The front would be easy if you could find heavy duty enough bags that are small enough to replace the springs.

I've got Keldermans on all four corners. My setup has three separate Schraeder valves to fill or empty the airbags -- one valve for each of the front airbags and one valve connected to BOTH the rear bags. This is the way Jeff Kelderman recommended the bags be installed.

Of course there is no reason whatsoever you couldn't run separate air lines to enable you to fill/empty the rear bags independent of each other. But why on earth would you want to do so?

My black crew [4x4] has air bags all the way around.
I believe it is the Kelderman set up, but it was installed before I bought the truck.

Is your truck a w250 or a d250? I could have a setup like this but I just want them all to be adjustable for no specific reason.

My truck is a W250. Personally there is no way I would bother with airbags on the front of a D250, and my guess is that Kelderman doesn't even offer such a setup.

The Kelderman system is purely an attempt to soften the ride, which is sorely needed on a 4WD First Gen due to the leaf springs out front .

Yeah I think a lot of the problem is the negative arch springs. It would help if the springs were longer too.
