Hi all was looking at the most beautiful 1 st gen today[d250] was talking to the guy cause i want to paint my truck same color.... i assumed he had repainted the truck but no original owner VERY WELL maintained instead of the standard accent color in the form of a belly band such as mine white over/under grey or grey over/under blue ,tan over/under brown etc it was a mid dark metalic green above molding and metalic silver below I have never seen that color setup on a 1st gen in fact i have only seen that color on 94 and newer so i ask to check the build date.... may 1993 told him that he problally had one of dodge's midyear models and if not mistaken 94 heads and/or some of the other stuff marked for the 94's so i know there are some out there cause i read your sigs i believe Bushy is one ......what are/were the extras/options for the 93.5 thanks

 

Hey Mike, thanks for noticing the old girl...
I'm not really sure if 93.5 is technically correct.
Most of the time when you have ".5" in a model year it commonly refers to the first of the next model year to come....for example, the 98.5 dodge and up was no longer a 12 valve but rather a 24 valve truck.
My truck was made, if memory serves me right in June or July of 93...so it is just under the wire before they came out with the 94 and up models...
