This was where we started on working on the project last week.
We jacked up the tub off the frame and swapped out then rock hard poly bushings for the best OEM used rubber body mounts I could find.
We also aligned the tub on the frame the best we could. It was a little off considering it was two frames welded together, but it was very close. We ended up using some straps to finesse the tub around until it was perfect. The dogs loved every minute of it. The new lift was a super cool new tool to use.
More to follow....

The 10,000 Bend Pak lift was ordered new from Northern Tools.
It was less than $2900 delivered, seemed pretty reasonable to me.
I picked up my big, lifted, 12V crew cab no problem, after that lifting the little RC felt like a sub compact.

Thank you again T-man!
BHD - That rear out put yoke for the NP-205 came with the boxes of parts with the Gauntlet project. I can see if I can find an actual Part # on it though.
I had my buddy Tyler rebuild the NP-205 and the Getrag for me. The 'Rag got a new input shaft, a couple of gears along with a rebuild kit. The NP-205 was more of a disassemble, inspect and re-seal sort of affair.
I ordered up a bunch of those now discontinued PTO cooler plates a few years back. The South Bend Con-O clutch finished out the fresh 5 speed 4x4 set up.

There was free shipping to the lower 48... I know Gyman98 just got the same lift for his shop.
It might be worth looking into shipping it somewhere close, just south of the boarder and pick it up yourself??
Maybe there is a company that sells them up there...Perhaps Gyman98 will give you some insight on how he got his hands on one.
Make sure you build the shop with enough ceiling height. That lift is 12 Ft and 2 inches tall, so my 13 ft ceilings worked out fine.

Yes babco.ca sells them up here, mine is the XPR-10S-168 model and was $4300 Canadian including shipping to the closest Canadian freightways depot. The only reason I went with the extra high model was so I could lift sprinter vans, seem to be working on a few lately. It's also wide and tall enough to drive a tractor trailer right through so I can still get the big stuff inside
I did a lot of research into lifts and kept coming back to bendpak, once I found out that Jay Leno who could have Any lift he wants uses bendpak I was sold. It's been a great asset

The fellow selling the lift locally is away on holidays until mid april. Once he's back I want to check it out in person and see what make and model it is.
I plan on going 16' walls when I build the new shop.....so clearance shouldn't be an issue.

I tried my best to talk Brain into the radiant heat in the concrete. It is the only way to go for shop heat if you ask me. You gotta keep the Mastiffs happy. Until the lift went in I spent a lot of time rolling around on the floor too.
I am working on the hybrid Ramcharger / 12V W-250 rear spring pack in the shop right now.
