I removed the fittings on the a/c pump on My ctd to adapt it to My ford a/c system. I found there is some type of plastic sleeves inside and one is cracked, can I get this at an advance auto store or is this an dodge only item? also is this necessary or can I just remove it and go on?

Also looking from the front of the a/c pump, which fitting goes to the evaporator and which one goes to the front condenser?

Those just serve to align the hoses until you get the bolts tight.
