'89 alternator wiring
'89 alternator wiring
Can anyone tell me how or point me to a wiring diagram for a ’89 alternator? Do they have a built in regulator? I can’t seem to find it on my Dodge, unless it is the molded block that has the terminals that bolt to the alternator. I am trying to get the “Dord” up and running (driving) this weekend.
Thanks guys!!!
I have been stewing over this for the past 3 or 4 weeks. After looking at the diagram, I went out to the old Dodge and stripped the wiring harness. It then made sence why all of the blue wires were soldered together. I took the harness and modified it for length, pluged it in, started it up and she's a charging.
Seems like every part of this conversion where I was worried how to make things work, power steering, clutch slave and master cylinder, and brakes have all been a piece of cake. Thanks again for all the help.
