76 box on 93 cab trim match?

Is the trim the same on the 93 and 76? I don't think the trim changed that much. The cab has the trim but the bed does Not so I either need to pick up some trim for the box or take it off the cab. I'd rather had full trim. I'll post some pics of the truck and bed when I get back to my room

The body lines are different at the wheel wells. I have the same issue with my 77 ramcharger with 89 front sheet metal. This is not an issue if you are using the 76 doors and front fenders. The 76 does not have the upper body line that will be in your 93 doors and front fenders, but no in your cab.

To answer your original question. The trims are different. The old stuff is aluminum and the newer is rubber.

Alright well I will have the cab from the 93 and the bed from the 76. What's the difference between the 76 and 93 bodylines? It doesn't look too much different. And I can jut throw trim of a 89-93 so it is the same material as the front

The body lines, especially around the wheel openings, are the biggest difference. Also the pre 1981 body panels were a bit rounder.

Here is a 75 ramcharger...but same basic body lines.

And this is a 85...you can see the upper body line, and the box appears more squared off.

The 76 bed does not have the horizontal body line up near the door handle height. The line starts at the front of the front fender and disappears in the door. On a 93 bed it starts up again near the front of the bed and runs to the tail light. The tail lights are different as well, but this is all just cosmetic stuff.

Find July 22 on this link and you can almost see the differences all on the same truck. http://cumminsramcharger.blogspot.co...-paginate=true

Sheet metal will be right on 81-93, but there were changes in trim. I think 91-93 had same trim. Also that depends on trim package, like LE vs plain Jane.

So you can use any year long bed, 81-93, but you're going to need to find the LE trim from a 91-93 to match what you have.
