46RH large overdrive bearing?

Anybody have an issue with the large overdrive bearing and premature failer? It only lasted 50,000 miles after a 200,000 mile trans rebuild. The rebuild was for the same reason. Any input will be appriciated!

Working at a Dodge dealer in the early nineties, there were some Dakotas built that had the trans cooler hoses pinched off at the rad support, right from the factory. That large overdrive bearing was the first part to fail due to the restricted cooler lines. I saw this on several trucks. On your truck, I would measure cooler and line restriction, and would replace the check-valve, if equipped.
