4" Skyjacker front springs
Well I took the shims out and I'm at 11deg ....IT Steers really stright again with NO WANDER !! And just like I thought the driveline binds at the pinion yoke
...That's ok we can fix that too $$$... It is nice to drive again though .. But It still won't turn left worth a darn..oh well

I removed the shims from my front leaf packs too. I took a die grinder and clearanced the pinion yolk and driveshaft yolk a bit so they wouldn't bind. Does your borgesen shaft collapse down to the 2wd length? X-over steering requires your steering box be in the 2wd location on the frame. Also, does your x-over parts include a drop Pitman arm?
DersertyRat, I have the drop pitman arm that I got from Skyjacker.. and I ordered the X-over steering arm from Off Road Design in Colorado. I'll be making the Tie Rod myself... As for the borgeson, it should work fine with the box in the 2wd location. I like how you used a Panhard Bar in the front.. I'm sure that it makes everything alot more solid.. I'll be making up one of those to. So does your front driveline ever get into a bind ? How much did you have to grind.. It does'nt look like it would be to much, but I'm a little worried about it when the suspension is at full droop.. Do you use Limiting Straps?
I didn't grind much, just enough to clear and then some. It hasn't given me problems yet. The CV yoke at the t-case end was where I had to work it over more. Check yours for bind at that end too at full suspension droop. I use the shocks as my limiting straps.
