2wd Lift kit

Anybody ever do this? i picked up a dually rear end today and i was hoping to mount the 10 bolt 19.5 alcoas i have onto the truck, considering the trucks only 2wd, and it shall stay that way! I was wondering if there was a way to lift the front end 4 or 5 inches to clear everything, thanking maybe 395's for tires(i know where a free set is) any pics or stories would be great, Thanks! happy holidays

I've wondered how to lift a 2wd myself. I need about 3" all the way around to clear the 19.5's I want to put on.

I recommend Moog 7226S Springs and Daystar Coil Spring Spacers. Other than that I dunno. Body Lift or Fender Trimming?!

Ive used a fabtech spindle lift for a 4.5 inches lift for my 2wd 1-ton dually truck. It'll work alone if you dont put too many accessories in front, i.e winch, bumpers, etc., otherwise use stiffer Moog springs in addtion to the spindles.

I've often wondered about the 2wd beam axle used on the 94+ trucks.

I think it is basically the 4wd setup with a straight tube instead on a diff housing. All the 4wd lift stuff should work then.
