2nd IP and still no boost

So my first IP took a poo and the second one I have turned to the max and I STILL can not build more than 25 psi boost. I floor it and it shoots up to 25 and holds steady but that's it. same with other IP. Do I maybe have a leak in the intercooler? or something?

Check the ic boots. Clamp might be loose too. Check the turbo wheels. Air filter toast?

Check the AFC diaphragm for leaks, mine looked ok but leaked under pressure, if it is questionable just replace it, also check the boost line for cracks or missing copper gaskets.

Has you timing been changed at all?

I went from 56PSI Boost down to 45 PSI when I bumped it 1/8"

Where are you getting your boost pressure from, the side of the manifold or did you tap the intercooler pipe?

I'll check IC boots and air filter tomorrow. AFC line has both washers. as for cracks I didn't see any but I'll check again. I did reuse the old diaphragm but it did look OK. I could change it out and see if it makes any difference. My timing is advance about 1/4" (guessing because the replacement IP didn't have any marks on it).

Is the fuel pin getting full travel ? Put grease or marker on the cone where the little pin rides and go for a couple full throttle pulls to see if it moves all the way down.

Even w/o the afc hooked up it will still make boost. I dunno how much on a ic truck tho. 42psi is pretty doable on a non ic truck.

Seems like on most trucks that have a boost leak make ~10 - 15 psi of boost.

Doesn't a turbo charger run on heat?

25 psi with a stock turbo sounds about right. What are your mods
