2nd Gen. Dually wheels on a 1st Gen?

Will 2nd Gen. 1997 Dually wheels work on a 1st Gen 1993 4X4 Dually. I'am not sure if 1997 had metric pattern or if there 8 X 6.5. Also is off set or back space different?

Wheel pattern is the same, offset is different. I believe that you can use them on the rear on the outside, however you can't use them on the inside as the tires will hit the springs.

I am running a pair of 2nd gen wheels on the inside rear of my dually, because of my aftermarket wheels. No clearance problems, in fact, you gain space between your duals. 2nd gen wheels are drilled for 9/16 studs though, so I drilled mine to fit our 5/8 studs.
