2019 Chrysler at Carlisle July 12th - 14th, 2019

Roll Call : Who's going?

We should be there as usual, so you can rob my house while I'm gone. Too bad, I have my 6'-8" 290lb brother in law staying most of the day with my dogs, and he's a crank pot when he's disturbed.

See here for details: https://www.carlisleevents.com/event...sler+nationals

For all of you who are teetering as to go or not........ The Daisy Duke competition is on for this year as well...

Woo Hoo !

I registered the '85 crew cab for the show field today. I will most likely be in the black crew as it is such a nice highway ride with the airbags all around, 3.07 gears and the NV-4500 5 speed. 80 MPH at 2000 RPM is hard to beat!
My neighbor Walter and both our daughters with be headed down for the weekend too.

"Crank pot???" I'll take all three of the Daises. I can't make it this year or most years because it's just a bit far to drive. Is there anything like it on the Left Coast? Eventually we'll move to KS or someplace closer then it won't be such a stretch.

I can't drive anymore because of my heart. Hopefully the surgery next month will fix that.

Edwin

I am sure there are some shows on the left coast.
Chryslers in Carlisle has the bragging right of being the biggest Mopar only show in the world. It will have almost 3000 Mopars in the show field! There are over 100 acres just STUFFED with cool rigs to see and some pretty cool stuff to buy and do as well.. You couldn't begin to see it all in a weekend.
I would guess we would go for another Dodge Hellcat "thrill ride" again this year as it is pretty fun and free.

Look for Oliver. He will be there with his daughter.

Here's a picture of him from last year at Carlisle with one of the other spectators.

Can't miss him....

Is Oliver the one on the right or the left?

It's hard to tell nowadays.

I got my show field sticker and stuff in the mail last week. I am looking forward to a little Mopar vacation down in Pa.!

The girlfriend took a few days off work to hang out with the dogs and keep an eye on stuff around the property, so I can enjoy the weekend in Pa..
