Had an awesome time with Ollie, Mr fusion, and a slew of other DTR members including Day trepper and his sweet red restored d250, and the one and only Ontario white and burgundy crew that is way beyond anything what you could ever imagine.
Great times as always.. Fantastic spending time with you all

Sorry, we were there from 12 to 8:30 pm yesterday, then went back home. The pups were waiting on us, as the dog sitter left by dinner time.
Oliver is still there. The 1st gen section is in #429 row right next to the entrance to the free rides in the dodge hellcats.
Look for his black crew and him sleeping in the grass. He was zombie-ing out by the time we left last night. I can't believe he was still standing after driving for over 24 hours.
I'll be back there next year again as it's just way too much of a good time.

We saw a right hand drive Plymouth Valiant yute. Didn't photo it, but imagine an Elcamino style Plymouth Valiant, and the steering wheel is on the wrong side.
Best part was the survivor tent seeing all those cars that had their original skin.
Great day. Great people, indeed.
Before my trip out, I became part of the green belt club. Lol

Sort of.
He made it in the black crew about 7 hours when the seal failed. His GF drove the 7 hours to pick him and his daughter up to go back home. Grabbed the trailer, drove back to Scranton, picked up the crew and made it to Carlisle. The zombie effect took over ( lack of sleep), and I guess /hope he got some shut eye last night, and will head back either today or tomorrow.
I would not have been able to do what he did. My body can't go without sleep, and I could not have continued as he had, without stopping for a nap .
Hope he has an uneventful ride back.

It was a good show. I had the FireWagon on the hill from about 8:30 to 4:00 friday.
Lots of nice stuff, lots of common stuff, lots of overdone stuff, overall the survivor cars were my favorite. Not so much the ones that were put in mothballs just to be exhumed and taken to shows, but the ones that have been cared for and maintained and driven! What good is a car or truck you can't drive?
That hill they park the trucks on is a real joy to walk up and down a dozen or so times a day. Glad I had a cooler full of IPAs. Not too many first gens there on Friday, too bad I missed everyone. Maybe next year.
