1st gen fuel leak
1st gen fuel leak
Hi, This is my first 1st gen i just bought the other day. 1992 D350, 2x4, 5spd, florida truck.
I have a fuel leak coming from the little cylinder ( the best i can describe it ) which runs along the side of the injector pump. It has a wire that slides onto the butt end ( the end closest to the firewall ) and a brass plug on the end closest to the radiator. There is a small fuel line that comes off the side of it and goes to the injector pump. Hope some of you know what i'm describing. Anyways it has a steady drip from the brass plug end.
Can i remove the plug and install a new seal ? If so what
is the techical name for the seal ?
Thanks guys !

I think you are talking about the KSB, you can unscrew that plug and there will be a flat o-ring washer around it and a faucet type rubberwasher at the end. So basically you want the two KSB o-rings/seals
