Hey Gang:
I am starting to notice a little slop in my front end. I'm thinking axle hubs, u-joints, tie rods, etc.
Question:
Anyone here have any interest in re-doing my front end?
I can travel a bit.
I am in lower New York.
There are no shops around here that I trust (not to mention over priced.)
I have put over 9-K into this truck and this is (hopefully) the last segment of my restoration.
Just curious.
Thanks.

i did my entire front end. it took me two days to do it. one day per side. all the bearings races and seals you can get here https://www.4wdfactory.com/store/pro...g-and-Seal-kit you can also find the u-joints and king pins there. i got my tire rod ends from napa i think. its definitely a lot of work and requires a good set of tools. good luck with it man!

Where would I purchase a "hinge kit" for my drivers side door?
I'm down by NYC. You interested? I could really use the help. I have put sooooo much into this truck ($9,500+), that I am now getting discouraged. I keep saying:" well this is redone, that is redone, this is new, that is new (etc) What could possible be next? I don't beat on it, and I strictly use it as an interstate runner. When something starts to go wrong, I will buy the best parts and do the best repair possible before it gets worse (thats just how I am.) I will be doing major driving this year and I cannot afford to have this truck down. I may consider selling it in order to buy a newer diesel. I will need to "turn and burn" without anymore down time. I just don't know at this point. My plate is too full to keep adding more to it.
