1992 Dodge 2500 cummins

Hello

I am new to the list and I just found and bought a 92 Dodge 2WD cummins w/ auto trans. 73.000 original miles...
Can anyone tell me of some step by step instructions to how to turn up the fuel and smoke.

I want to be careful when doing this so I don't ruin the motor.

thanks
