The box light is factory. No holes cut.

nice job.tell me how you did the front clip.did you use the whole 74 front clip? did it bolt on? or was there a lot of fabrication? you kept the 93 cab correct?

it's half and half. the outside ends are from the 74 for the headlights and the middle holding the rad and intercooler ac ect is 93

I don't think anybody is slamming your truck, its obviously very sweet. we are just trying to figure out what's going on, which is confusing due to what appears to be an error in the thread title, and some of the descriptive language. a more appropriate title would have stated something like "dually conversion and rebody." I think the 74 is the donor in this situation. since the frame and cab have not changed your registration and title paperwork will likely not have to change. so technically your truck is still a 93 w250 (if that's what it started off as), its just a dually conversion and rebodied to look like the first iteration of the body style as introduced in the 70's. if you want to complete the look change the badges from d300 to w300. nice truck.
