And your point? Besides the fact that it is sold and no longer available for any of us!

$17050 for, let's assume, 3/4 ton truck with 16000 miles. ****, what a find.

What would a newer truck with 16000 miles cost? Can you turn a wrench on it? What about insurance cost?

The only drawback, to the the trucks most of us drive on this forum, is no four door. Why they did away with them after the 80's I'll never know. My next truck, I hope, is a repower of some sort.

Good find I say...and our trucks are worth that much more now.

lol Welch Oklahoma is where I bought my truck. And I only thought it was low miles, at 136,000 That certainly is a good find.

I bet that truck looked beautiful. I cannot beleive that truck like ours could have so few miles.

A really nice, clean, well cared for 1st Gen, regardless of mileage, will bring half a mint.

I personally prefer 10-15K mi/ yr on ANY vehicle- any less than that, and they dont get worked enough to prevent stuff from rusting, seals leaking, corrosion, etc. I can swap out an odometer as well as anyone else. I'd be concerned with the fuel system, brake system, cooling system, etc, etc on a vehicle that old with that few miles.
