10"sub in regualr cab

So i installed my radio today and i only have the tweeters in the dash running.needless to say it kinda sucks. The truck is an 85 prospector. My doors have speaker panels but no mounting behind them for speakers, and are only big enough for a 4x4 speaker anyway.Ive got a set of real nice new 10" kenwood subs to install.I was wondering if anyones put subs under the seats in a regular cab?

I've wanted to put a couple of subs In my 92 for a while now. I think there are skinny subs and boxes out there. I've seen them on eBay but I'm not sure where else you can get them. Would love to see some pics when u get them in. And did your truck come with places to put the tweeters from the factory?

im getting ready to put 2 12's behind my seat, i had just one before. if you get shallow boxes its real easy and they fit nice. check out sonicelectronics.com they have nice stuff and its not super expencive either.

I just had a 10" single sub in a huge box behind the seat, and it sounded pretty good. then i cut the hole bigger and went to a 15" sub, I think I'll cut another hole and put the 10 in behind the drivers seat though next to the 15 in the middle when i get another amp.

Its been a while since Ive dealt with sound systems but the last I looked they "They" had just come out with subs that are ultra compact. The whole sub was about 4" deep. I bet one could fit two of those, with an appropriate box, behind the seat or under it.

Here is what a quick ebay search brought up.....

I had a set of 8in truck boxes behind the seat of my old 85 reg cab, sounded ok but the seat muffled much of the sound. I just put one of these http://www.crutchfield.com/S-G1cfkEk...-THb-200A.html in my clubber this past weekend, I`m NO audio guy but it sounds awesome.
