Difference in Hi-Po IP and regualr IP

Iam going to be in the amrket for a new pumpm here in a few weeks. Can someone tell me the difference between the High Performance pump and the standard VP44? Does one alst longer than the other. Is it worth upgrading to the hi-po pump? What are the differences?

Thanks
dima

there was thread on this not too long ago.

Hot Rod VP44 was a HO rotor (?) with SO pistons. Basically higher pressure from the HO mixed with bigger pistons of the SO.

Does it last longer? I dont know everything they have done to it, I think time will tell but hopefully others with them will let you know.

Is it worth it? I have never tried one so I cannot tell you. I thought it was only a $300 difference, I say "only" because you are already spending a lot of cash on the VP.
