I have a wrecked 95 2500 4x4 auto and I am taking the 5.9 out of it. I am putting it into a 1996 3500 4x4 auto. I am wanting to do a 5 speed conversion at the same time. Can anyone tell me where would be a good place to buy the parts to do the conversion? Thanks for your help with this. I have been looking all over and seem to be striking out.

 

I am not sure but you might need a different crankshaft because the input shafts on the autos and sticks can be really different.
For sure new drive shafts
The adapter for the transfer case
The whole hydraulic system for the clutch with clutch pedel

To make this easy you should buy a wrecked truck with the trans you want that way you can pull all the parts off of it you need
