What do you suggest for wheel alignment?

I am taking my truck in to get the front end aligned. What do you guys suggest? I know I read an article about the best way to set the wheels somewhere but I don't remember where I saw it. If anyone knows a place where an article like that exists let me know.

Make sure you keep eyes on those who do your alignment so that they actually adjust your steering and dont just bump the heads (the things that they mount on your wheels) to get your readings into specs Just my .02.

Use the specs at the bottom of this page, not the ones the alignment machine computer spits out.
