1996 wastegate actuator frozen, well its rotted really bad. what is the cheapest way to fix it? i have been seeing 45-50 psi on the stoick charger so i would like to gate it now. any one know what the cheapest way to get a new actuator would be

 

I think HTT sells used ones for $95, new for like $160.00

I doubt you're going to find any super duper cheap unless you call local junkyards or find a member w/ one.

The local Cummins (Cober Cummins) Wanted to sell the whole WG.
